A. Introduction-
| 1.Have Students complete the measuring angles worksheet with their
protractor |

B. Development-
1.Hand out Smarties Worksheets and Smarties
2.Remind students not to eat Smarties! |

C. Practice-
| 1.Go over example one to help students understand the steps of creating
a circle graph |

D. Independent Practice-
| 1.Have students work on Example 2 in notes to check that students
are on the correct track |

| 1. Work with students having difficulty with protractor in small
group for extra practice |

|
1.Students should trade papers and grade each other's tables, they
are to check other students graphs quickly and make sure they look
correct. I will check them by hand
2.Any student who has trouble with this will need to come in and work
one-on-one with me in order to correct their mistakes |
